Fashion Apparel Company to Establish Logistics Hub in Monrovia, Indiana

Danville, Indiana – June 10, 2021 – Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership (HCEDP) is pleased to share that a popular fashion firm is making its way to Monrovia, Indiana.

Indianapolis-based Ambrose Property Group recently announced that the fashion firm plans to set up a distribution middle center at the Westpoint Enterprise Park in Monrovia. California-based Deckers Brands will arrange a 507,600 square-foot facility for its Midwest distribution and logistics hub.

This will be the second company to lease space at the new business park along Interstate 70 which is near the Hendricks County and Morgan County line. Ambrose and Deckers are working together to make sure the buildout is energy efficient, and that they are making sustainable decisions along the way.

According to Grant Goldman, Executive Vice President of Development at Ambrose, they plan to break ground in June and hope to be finished in early 2022. In the future, Ambrose plans to build up to 10 additional Class-A distribution buildings at Westpoint Business Park, totaling more than six million square feet.
