Who We Are
Established in 1990, the Hendricks County Economic Development
Partnership is a public-private partnership established
to increase capital investment and employment opportunities
in Hendricks County through new business investment
and expansion of existing businesses.
Our public sector partners include Hendricks County
and the towns of Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Pittsboro
and Plainfield.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Hendricks County Economic Development
Partnership (Partnership) is: To increase compatible
investment in Hendricks County by existing and new businesses.
The Partnership accomplishes its mission by fostering
a public-private cooperative spirit that provides cohesive
leadership for countywide marketing and development.
Partnership Goals
GOAL 1
Promote an awareness of Partnership services and assistance
available to individuals, businesses and governmental
agencies.
GOAL 2
Increase the level of capital investment and employment
by existing businesses.
GOAL 3
Increase the level of capital investment and employment
by new businesses.
GOAL 4
Provide leadership to the development of initiatives
to assure increased cooperation by all partners of the
Partnership.
GOAL 5
Establish a positive perception of an available and
trainable workforce.
