The Board of School Trustees for the Mill Creek Community
School Corporation is guided by the conviction that
every student has a right to the best education the
community can provide. Responsibility for this
provision rests with every resident of the corporation,
the school staff, and the students, with the ultimate
responsibility for direction and decision-making assumed
by the Board of School Trustees.
The focal point of concern in the school system is the
student. Staffing, programming, teaching, and
funding are developed to enhance appropriate opportunities
for students to learn and develop personally, academically,
mentally, physically, and socially. Mill Creek
Community School Corporation strives to develop the
individuality of all students and encourage the development
of a personal set of values that is consistent with
the desires of the family, the student, and the society.
